I require an initial deposit, due upon receipt, when the project begins and you have two options. First is, a deposit of 30% with the remaining amount due as outlined below. Or pay the estimate in full for a 5% discount of the estimated price.
On estimates less than $3,999. The remaining 70% of estimate will be invoiced upon completion of development or the project going live.
With estimates between $4,000 and $6,999, an additional 30% of estimate will be invoiced net 60 days after development begins with the remaining 40% of estimate being invoiced upon completion of development or the project going live.
With estimates greater than or equal to $7,000. 30% of this estimate will be invoiced net 60 days after development begins, an additional 25% being invoiced net 150 days after development begins and the remaining 15% being invoice upon completion of development or the project going live.
If the project is launched before net 60 days on projects between $4,000 and $6,999. The remaining outstanding amount of the estimate will be invoiced when the project is launched.
No. I do not outsource projects because I believe that outsourcing projects results in subpar results and if you do choose to work with me on a project. You’ll be working with me directly.

While there’s more options than you can count. My preferred platform to build websites is WordPress. This is because WordPress allows for easy editing and it allows your website to grow with you as your business grows.
This depends on the type of project. If you go with the “Starter Website” or “Budget-Friendly Website”, we’ll go with a pre-built WordPress theme, but if you go with a “Fully-Customized Website”. I will be building a fully customized WordPress theme from the ground up.
I do not host websites for the simple reason that I believe in my clients owning everything about their website, including hosting. This is because I’ve run into enough instances where a client says they need updates to their website, but don’t have access to their website and the person/company who built it being non-responsive in their requests to help.
Project turn typically takes around three weeks to nine weeks depending on what all needs to be done. Sure, if things are going faster than expected. I can deliver a website sooner, but more times than not the human factor , replying to emails, making decisions, etc, comes into play, which adds some time to the project.
This depends from project to project. So once we kick off a project. I’ll let you know what you need to start the project.
